Terms & Conditions - Transfer Traveller

Transfer is pre-arranged driving  of miniimum 1(person)  from known starting point to known destination.
Transfer price are agreed and confirmed in advance.

1.RESERVATION

1.1 Traveller Transfer offer you online service to make reservation for your transfers. Reservation can be  made by  telephone or via  e-mail.

1.2  Reservation can make a person older than 18 years with all personal informations.

1.3  Reservation must be made 24 hours befoure your departure.

1.4  When you make reservation,we will automatically confirm your transefer. You will recive confirm (transfer voucher)  with your personal information and price, to your e-mail. If you dont recived transfer voucher in 15 min from your reservation, please contact us.

2. CREDIT CARD DATA SECURITY

2.1 Traveller Transfer use (Secure Socket Layer) tehnology for keep your personal data safe under high European standards.

3. TRANSFER

3.1  When you arrived in airport,after check out in exit,our driver will wait  you with your name and surname written on tablet. He will escort you to van, put your luggage in to the van and take  you to your destination. At your destination our driver will help you take out your luggage,show you where to go(reception,check in etc.)

3.2  Traveller Transfer dont charge extra for your pets & luggage. Pets must be adequately accommodated.

3.3 Driver can refuse driving the client in case:
- client is drunk
-under influence of drugs
-not behaving properly in the vehicle
-smokingis not allowed in the vehicle

4. PAYMENT

4.1  When you arrive at your destination,you will pay import what is written on transfer voucher to our driver.

5. DISCLAIMER

5.1  In case of missed  flight,ships,trains,busses,traffic jam  or other condition for arriving late to your destination Traveller Transfer can not be responsible for your financial loss.

6. SAFETY AND VEHICLE EQUIPMENT

6.1  All our vehicles are technically inspected and insured by Croatian low.

6.2  In case of accident all passangers and thair luggage are insured.

6.3  Vheicles are chosen by number of passengers in your reservation.

6.4  Adittional equipment: baby seats

7. COMPENSATION RIGHTS.

7.1  In case of vehicle breakdown, negligence of driver etc. Your loss will be recovered.

In such cases Traveller Transfer will provide you with another transport or alternative accomodation and ticket for missed flight.
